I created a really sweet and cozy Christmas card. I loved combining newer and older Lawn Fawn products to create my scene. The bear family is spending time together while they wait for the arrival of Santa. I had so much fun decorating the home with all of the festive trimmings!

 Hey everyone, today I am sharing a card for the Lawn Fawn blog! I created a fun autumn themed card that used products from the new Lawn Fawn release.

Fall is my favorite time of the year because all of the colors are so pretty. I created a scene using the "You Autumn Know" and "Joy to all" stamp sets. I adjusted the clothes on the kids from pajamas to outdoor fall attire. The little puppy is a fun addition to the card too. My dog loves to play in leaves, especially when they are crunchy!

I used distressed oxides to created my background, and added ink to the paper bag cardstock to create texture the trees!

Lawn Fawnatics Challenge 109: Awesome Autumn

 Hey everyone! Today I am sharing my card for the newest Lawn Fawnatics Challenge. The challenge is to create an autumn themed project! Fall is my favorite time of year, because the colors are so pretty! I love the cooler temperatures and it feels like the holiday season is right around the corner. 

I created fun little fall scene with owls hanging out at their acorn house. I love adding sparkly cardstock to my scenes. The sparkle creates a sense of whimsy in addition to a fun texture!

The sharks are having a birthday party in the water. The different layers on the box card create such a fun dimension. I also added small foam pieces in front of my stamped images to create even more depth.

I love the monkey from the "Critters in the Jungle" stamp set. I wanted to make is sure it was the focal point of the card. It just pops off of the tropical green foliage!

Lawn Fawn - Birthday Rainbows and Scooters

Hey everyone! Today I am sharing a fun birthday card that is featured on the Lawn Fawn blog. 

I used the "Scootin' By" stamp set from the new release. I thought it would be really fun to have the critters scooting on rainbows. I just love how all of the stamps are perfectly proportioned with the die cuts. This card so much fun to make! For the rainbows, I adhered the colored strips to white cardstock and then hand cut around the rainbow shape. This made it easier to place the rainbows in my scene!

Lawn Fawn New Year's Card

Hey everyone, today I am sharing a fun New Years card! I used new products from the latest Lawn Fawn release to create a whimsical cuckoo clock. I have always been fascinated by cuckoo clocks, because they are so interactive and truly a work of art. Growing up my grandparents had one, and I always looked forward to the little bird coming out on the hour. I thought a cuckoo clock out be the perfect icon to ring in the new year.  

The "Magic Iris Birdhouse Add-on" was converted into the cuckoo clock by hanging the vines and the wing shape under the clock. I used "Harold's ABCs" to create the Roman numerals on the clock face. It was fun putting the numerals on there, because it really helped it transform into the clock. The bird from the "Special Delivery" set was the perfect addition, because the bird's expression and wing position makes it look like it is  popping out of the clock. I added "Small 3D Foam Squares" behind the bird wings and the body for extra dimension.

Haunted House Frames

 Hey everyone, today I am sharing card inspired by the current Halloween and Fall Inspiration Challenge! Halloween is such a fun holiday, because there are so many spooky decorations, treats, and costumes. 

I created a card that showcases picture frames that you could find inside a haunted house. The "Flirty Frames" stamp set is so versatile and really fun to work with. The "Spooky Village" and "Tiny Halloween" stamp sets fit perfectly inside the frames. With a little masking, I was able to create cute little scenes inside each of the frames. Since the scenes are flat inside the frame, I added "Scotch double-sided foam tape" behind the frames to give the card dimension.

Lawn Fawn - Summertime Dragon

Hey everyone, today I am sharing a fun summertime card  that is on the Lawn Fawn blog using some products from the newest release! I love going to ice cream shops where you can find a wide range of ice cream and sorbets. The unique flavors are so pretty, so I created a card that is inspired by the vibrant colors. 

The "Little Dragon" from the newest release has become one of my favorite stamps. The sweet dragon had a hard time choosing a flavor, so it opted for a multiple scoop bowl! The tiny spoon and ice cream dish, from the "Unicorn Picnic" set, is the perfect size for the dragon. The dragon found the perfect spot on a cloud to enjoy the ice cream. The rainbow, from the "Stitched Rainbow" set, creates a colorful display and ties the whole scene together. I cut out all of the rainbow pieces out of white cardstock, then colored them with Copic markers to match the rest of my colors. 

The black sparkle cardstock creates a magical background that looks like the night sky. The darker color also allows the bright colors to pop more. The "Polka Heart Backdrop" die cut is a sweet pattern background, and matches the heart shaped topping on the dragon's ice cream!

Hey everyone,  today I am sharing a super cute summertime card that is inspired by the current Fun with Food challenge! I love creating scenes with animals. It is so much fun to combine different stamp sets together to create a whimsical project.

I absolutely love the new "Crazy Antics" stamp set, all of the little picnic foods are so adorable and the basket is ready to be filled with the delicious treats. The birds are enjoying their food while hanging out with their sloth friends. The watermelon from the "Simply Celebrate Summer" stamp set creates a fun  border to the picnic scene! 

I layered a few clouds from the "Simple Puffy Cloud Frames" set on top of pattern paper from the "Spring Fling Petite Paper Pack." The clouds create a subtle but really fun depth to the background. The grass from the "Meadow Borders" set is prefect for scenes because the height of the grass is very playful.

Lawn Fawn Mother's Day Swans

Hey everyone, today I have a Mother's Day card on the Lawn Fawn blog that showcases one of my favorite stamp sets from the new release! I have always been fascinated by swans because they are so beautiful and graceful. The "Swan Soiree" stamp set is just amazing, and it is perfect for many different occasions besides Mother's Day.

The "Bayou Backdrop" is such a fun die cut set! The hanging vines frame in your scene nicely, and the water is great size for adding all of your swans and water lilies. I colored the backdrop elements with Copic markers to compliment the swans. The black sparkle cardstock enhances the nighttime scene, and creates a magical atmosphere. The pink shimmer cardstock frames the backdrop, and creates a sturdy card base that can help your card be easily displayed!
