I always love using Peachy Keen Stamps in my projects. Spring is finally here, and I made a fun and colorful card that really depicts springtime. I just love the robot from the Peachy Keen Stamp Kit of the Month Club- February 2013 stamp set. This happy little robot is enjoying the springtime weather and dancing in the rain. The sun and puddle are also from the Peachy Keen Stamp Kit of the Month Club- February 2013 stamp set. I accessorized the robot with an umbrella from the Shower Peepers stamp set. The rainbow stretching over the clouds is from the St. Patrick's Day stamp set. The springtime flowers that are finally in bloom are from the Skunk Cheer Up stamp set. I added some fun holographic raindrop embellishments, I wish rain really looked like that! All my stamped images were colored with Copic markers, and hand cut with my craft knife. I added some adhesive foam dots behind my cut images for added dimension.

Lawnscaping Challenge #52- Stamp A Scene
Hey everyone, today I am posting a fun shadowbox project I made for the Lawnscaping challenge. The challenge is to stamp a scene, which I love any project that has a scene. I decided to create a springtime shadowbox scene that can be hung on a wall or door handle. I have this mini obsession with gnomes, they just make me smile. When Lawn Fawn came out with the Gnome Sweet Gnome stamp set, I just had to have it. I stamped and colored the gnome along with all of his friends and home accessories with my Copic markers. I cut out all of shapes with my trusted craft knife.
This chipboard shadowbox is pretty neat, it has four layers of chipboard in addition to an acrylic piece. You can easily layer your papers for quick dimension. To add even more dimension I used some pop dots to behind some of the stamped images.
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by my blog, I hope you have a great day!

Elephant Card
These cold winter days make me wish that spring will come sooner. Since I am unable to change the weather, the closest thing I can do is make a colorful spring card. Elephants are my favorite animals, they are just so incredibly cute. I decided to color the elephant with some colored pencils. I wanted to make a clean and simple card, so the elephant is the main focal point of the card. Thank you for stopping by my blog!

Lawnscaping Challenge- Texture
Welcome to my blog! Today I am going to share a card I made for the Lawnscaping Challenge. The challenge is to use texture in your project. I just had to make a cute little Christmas card, because it really lends itself to texture. I used the Critters of the Forest, Pa-rum-pa-pum-pum, and Cozy Christmas. I colored all my images with Copic markers, and then cut them out with my X-acto knife. I used some pop dots to create some depth in my scene. For textural elements I used; glossy accents for the lights, fine glitter for many of the images, dry embossing for the inside of the fireplace, felt for the carpet, and I used different rhinestones and pearls for embellishments. It was kind of tricky to get a picture showing all the texture, this was the best I could get it!
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
