Lawnscaping Challenge 102- Distress Addicts

Happy Monday! Today I am sharing a card for the latest Lawnscaping Challenge. The challenge is to create a project with distressing. There are so many fun distressing products out on the market. For the background of my card, I used a polka dot stencil and sponged distress ink. I layered torn pattern paper on top of my background. All the edges have warm brown ink to tie in the distress look. Sheer ribbon and natural twine add texture and dimension. I used tiny staples to hold the ribbon in place.

Happy Monday, it's hard believe that it's already March! Spring is right around the corner, and I am looking forward to warmer weather.  I created a cheerful card for current Lawnscaping Challenge inspired by spring.  The challenge is to create a project using polka dots and stripes. I instantly gravitated to the "Let's Polka" petite paper pack. The paper in this pack is so versatile and the colors are so bright and happy.
