Peachy Keen Challenge #29

Summer is a great time to enjoy fun and different recipes. I find fruit salads very refreshing on hot summer days. Peachy Keen Stamps are perfect for creating adorable recipe cards. I used the Faceless Fruit stamp set in addition to the Simple Sallies stamp set. The Simple Sallies faces add so much character and personality to the each of the fruit. I thought it would be fun to have a slide attached to the side of the bowl. Each fruit then slides right into the bowl creating a yummy fruit salad.

Fun Milk Carton!

This milk carton was so much fun to make! I really wanted to use my Peachy Keen- Critter Face stamps with the Cricut- create a critter cartridge. I think all of the animals on the cartridge are so cute, but the cow is one of my favorites. The Peachy Keen face stamp really added character to the adorable cow's face! I thought it would be fun to place the cow on a milk carton that I made out of paper. This milk carton can be filled with candies or other small treats, and could make a really cute party favor!

Happy Bird!

From the moment I saw this Peachy Keen- Happy Bird and Phrases stamp set I had to have it! I love the angle of bird and the happy expression on its face! This stamp was so much fun to color too, so that was an additional treat. The past couple weeks we have had a lot of chilly and rainy weather, and next week looks like its going to finally warm up. I am eager for bright sunshine, so I created this card to express my happiness!

Peachy Keen Challenge #28

I am really excited to post my first Peachy Keen card as a Peachy Keen Designer! When I first saw this sketch so many ideas were coming to me. The rectangle with the three windows looks like a filmstrip, so I drew my final design from that. I thought it would be fun to show the fun or frustrations that occur when taking photographs. Many people I know (and maybe including myself) sometimes make a funny face right before the picture is taken. In addition, I love looking at candid photos of people because it shows the real expressions people have oppose to just smiling. I thought it would be funny to capture different facial expressions on the vegetables. I just love the Peachy Keen face stamps, because they are a great way of creating different expressions!
