Blog Hop Winners

Thank you everyone for the nice comments left on my blog post. I really appreciate them a lot. I want to quick answer a question that was asked. I was asked how I made the bottles. I first stamped the monster faces on cardstock, colored them with Copics, glue a piece patterned paper to the back(just because the bottles are clear, but is not necessary). Cut out the faces. I then just attached them with some glue to the bottles.

Now for the winners....I used random.org to generate the winners. So a big congratulations to...

Peachy Keen Challenge #63

This Peachy Keen sketch challenge allowed me to have freedom to make any scene I wanted. I find is very fun to change and manipulate stamped images. I thought the bunny from the Easter Patch stamp set would make a perfect scarecrow. I used the Faceless Scarecrows Large stamp set to accessorize my bunny. With a little masking and layering my bunny was complete. The pumpkin, fence, and sentiment is from the Faceless Fall Fun stamp set. Please be sure to check out the Peachy Keen blog for more inspiration. Thanks for stopping by!

Peachy Keen Mini Release and Country Bumpkin Blog Hop

Welcome to my blog! You most likely came from the super talented Emma's blog. I have been very busy playing with the new Peachy Keen mini release and the Country Bumpkin release. I absolutely love all of the new stamps. Lorie is the designer for the Country Bumpkin stamps and let me tell you they are super cute. What I love about the Peachy Keen and Country Bumpkin releases is the adorable images and awesome sentiments! Here are some projects I made.

For this card I used- Goblin Greetings, The Uglies Face Assortment, and Faceless Corn stamp sets.

This cards was made from: Max, Madisyn, Jack-O-Light, and Faceless Fall Fun stamp sets.

This adorable owl and sentiment is from the You Whooooo Owl stamp set.

These bottles would make a perfect Halloween gift. All you need to do is fill the jars with some candy and your good to go! The faces are from The Uglies 1 1/8" stamps.

These are cute corn napkin rings I made. It was hard to photograph the rings with actual napkins. I used the Faceless Corn to make these napkin rings.

This card was made from the Fall Blessing Acorns stamp set.

My final card was made from the Tanner Turkey stamp set.

It wouldn't be a blog hop without some giveaways! I am actually going to be giving away a couple different prizes. The first prize is a $15 Peachy Keen gift certificate. I am also giving away the Faceless Scarecrow dolls and Scarecrow accessories, and the Simple Barn and Silo, Sun and Cloud stamp set. In order to be eligible, please leave a comment and also your email address. I will draw three random winners this Friday. Good luck!

I hope you enjoyed all of my cards please be sure to hop on over to Lisa's blog!

Halloween Wall Hanging

Hey Everyone! Today I am going to share a very fun project I made for Halloween. This project would be cute as a wall or door hanging. I used the Market Street Stamps' Sweet Spooks stamp set and also the Happy Pumpkin stamp set. I colored all of my stamped images with Copic markers. The house is from the Pop Up Neighborhood Cricut cartridge. This was just a basic house that I made haunted. You can easily make any house into a haunted house by using dark colors and distressing the paper. I distressed my cut pieces with some Tim Holtz distress inks. I used pop dots to create layers and dimension to my project. Halloween is a few weeks away, and you have plenty of time to make this project for yourself or anyone else! I promise you will have lots of fun making it! I hope you have a wonderful day!

Market Street Stamps Color Challenge

I must confess, I had so much fun making this card. I used the newly released Night Owls stamp set in addition with the Enjoy Today stamp set. When I first saw this "Paint the Town" Market Street Stamps color challenge, I thought it would be perfect for my idea. The colors are tropical turquoise, coral, fresh green grass, ecru. Since the cup is technically a tea cup, I masked off part of the tea bag. Then I used the opposite part of my mask, as a mask to re-stamp the polka dots that were missing. I did want to make the coffee darker but I really wanted to stick with the colors, so its more of latte with tons of milk or cream in it! Please be sure to check out the Market Street Stamps' challenge blog for more inspiration! Thanks for stopping by!

Peachy Keen Challenge #62

It's time again for another Peachy Keen sketch challenge. I decided to squeeze in another Halloween card before Halloween passes us by. I really wanted to turn the girl frog from the Mark and Sharen Love Frogs stamp set into a witch. I added some other elements to create a cute but kinda spooky scene. The cauldron and hat is from the Lisa Jean Halloween stamp set. The spider web is from the Haunted Pumpkin House stamp set, and the bat is from the Dress Me Ghost stamp set. I had so much fun creating this card. For more inspiration please check out the Peachy Keen blog. Thanks for stopping by!
