School has either started or is going to start very soon for many kids. I really do miss going to school, and also getting brand new supplies every year. I decided to make a back to school card for the DeNami sketch challenge. I felt like having some chickies waiting for the school bus would be cute for the sketch. I used surfer chickie, chickie, girl chickie, chickie long legs, and chickie school bus stamps! I paired my chickies with some super cute Cosmo Cricket paper. I always have tons of fun making cards with the chickie stamps. They are so tiny and just plain adorable. I hope you enjoy my card!

Market Street August Release
I have been waiting with anticipation to show the cards I made using a few of the new Market Street stamp sets! Angelica has created 5 new stamp sets. She is releasing 2 background stamps and 3 image and sentiment stamps sets. As your probably already know, Market Street Stamps' blog has been showing many projects using these sets. I promise there is tons of fabulous cards and even more inspiration! Here are my cards I did, I hope you like them.
This card I have actually made from two new Market Street stamp sets. The background is the new Gingham background stamp. I stamped it at an angle then cut out the squares. I used pop-dots to create dimension, so it gives the stamp a neat effect like its a garden fence. The sunflowers and sentiment are from the Autumn Wishes stamp set. I really wanted to do a rustic fall type card, and these new sets are perfect for it!
This card was made from the new For All It's Worth stamp set. I also used the Gingham background stamp set on the grass, but unfortunately it didn't translate at all in the photo.. oh well! I promise in real life its there! This happy cow is so much fun and really can be used for a lot of occasions. Angelica made sure to create different sentiments that coordinate perfectly with the cow! I think you will get excited when you see the versatility of many of the other sentiments on this sets .. it will be perfect for a lot of different projects!
I am sure you have or will be inspired by all of the cards that have been posted on the Market Street blog the past couple days. If you would like to enter to win a new stamp set please be sure to leave a comment on my blog, other designers blogs, and the Market Street blog. Don't wait too long because the winner will be announced tomorrow 7 central time! Good luck and happy crafting!
Peachy Keen Challenge #59
Happy Tuesday everyone! It's time again for another Peachy Keen challenge! This challenge is a sketch challenge in addition to a twist. The twist is you must use buttons in your project, so please be sure to use them! I used the Mitsy Sue and Colby Cheer Up stamp set for the kitty. I wanted the cat to look like it was blowing bubbles so I masked off just the mouth on the face. I then used a pen to draw a tiny circle for the mouth. I also masked off the flowers that were covering a part of Mitsy Sue's stomach. The guest designer for this week is Glora! She is so talented and super sweet, please be sure to check out her blog. For more inspiration from the design them, go to the Peachy Keen blog! Have a wonderful Day!

Let's Face It Friday- Furry Friends
I could not resist participating in the Peachy Keen Let's Face It Friday challenge! For this challenge, you are suppose to create a project that has animals and of course Peachy Keen face stamps. I drew inspiration for my card from how mischievous cats can be. Cats seem to have a mind of their own and always enjoy doing things that they know they shouldn't be doing. Both of these cats are from the Meow Cricut cartridge. I cut the shapes on white cardstock then colored them with my Copic markers. I used the Cute and Cuddly Face Assortment stamp set for the faces, and the Sampler Package of Faces stamp set for the whiskers. Please stop by the Peachy Keen challenge blog for more inspiration, and be sure to enter your challenge there too! Have a wonderful day!

Hero Arts August Challenge
Happy Thursday! Today I am going to share a card I made for the Hero Arts August Challenge. This is my first Hero Arts contest I have entered. I always am checking out their website and blog, and there is always tons of inspiration. For the August Challenge, you are suppose to create a card or project that falls in one of three categories. The categories are a cards for kids, cards using creatures, or a card making a scene. I tried to incorporate all of the different categories into my card. I used the Oceans of Joy stamp set for my card. I colored all of the piece and parts with my Copics and used different sized pop-dots to create layers and dimension. Thanks for stopping by my blog, and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Market Street Stamps- Sketch Challenge
Hey everyone, it is time again for another Market Street Stamps' sketch challenge! This challenge is a pretty fun one! I decided to use the compass stamp set, because I thought it would go perfectly with the sketch. For some reason when I made this card I must have been in a bright color mood, because I chose colors that I would not normally pick for a compass. I think this compass has such a whimsical style that it can be any color and look adorable! Please check out the Market Street Stamps' blog, for more inspiration and to enter your project for this challenge! Have a wonderful day!

Campfire Fun
For today's post, I have decided to create a card using one of my favorite Market Street stamp sets called Gone Campin. If you do not have this stamp set I strongly recommend it! This stamp set is filled with adorable images in addition to great coordinating sentiments. I paired my stamps with a super cute deer from the Campin' Critters Cricut cartridge. This card can easily be transformed into a masculine card just by substituting the different papers with other colors. All papers used on this card are from Papertrey Ink. The possibilities are endless with the Gone Campin stamp set! Thanks for stopping by!

Peachy Keen Challenge #58
I always thought it would be so much fun to go up in a hot air balloon. Though I do not really care for being up high, I really think the experience would be so cool. I have been waiting to do a hot air balloon themed card, and this Peachy Keen challenge really lends itself well to my idea. For this challenge, you must create a project by following the sketch. I used the Vivienne and Friends stamp set for the little girl. I used a hot air balloon Cricut shape from Summer in Paris cartridge, with a hand weaved basket, then used some twine to attach the basket to the balloon. My color choice was inspired by the colors of the sunset. Please be sure to go to Peachy Keen Stamps blog for more inspiration! Thanks for stopping by my blog, and have a wonderful day!

Market Street Stamps Color Challenge
Hey everyone! Today I am showing a card I have created for the Market Street Stamps Color Challenge. I love the color combination so much. The colors are cherry blossom, retro blue, and snow white. These colors are so muted which allows them to be versatile for many different styles. For my card, I chose to use the adorable Robo Love stamp set. I paired the Robo Love stamp set with the Hearts of Plenty background stamp. Please be sure to check out the Market Street Stamps blog for more inspiration and to enter the challenge. Have a great day!
